Ways To Avoid Paying Taxes | episode 152
This week I share a few ways to Avoid paying taxes.
I don’t just mean the IRS taxes but several of the taxes that burden us daily.
I talk about brewing your own beer to avoid the sin tax placed on alcohol and tobacco.
If you are a “farm” you can do lots of tax write-offs. Feed, vet trips etc.
Business write-offs. Lots of things can be written off as business expenses. This is a huge topic and would need an expert.
I begin the episode talking about how growing plants from seeds you have saved cuts two taxes.
You are not paying a tax on buying more seeds. And Secondly, you are not paying sales tax on buying the food you would have had to buy.
The same applies to livestock and chickens especially. If you go to the CO-Op and buy chicks you pay a tax. But you never pay tax on the eggs they lay.
