It’s the week leading up to Halloween and I love it. Zombies are what got me into survival. It’s a silly way to get into it but it’s true.

The survival supplies section is pretty sparse but accurate. 1 gallon of water per person per day, non-perishable food and first aid.

The weapons section relies solely on melee weapons. No guns on the list. I feel this is a mistake. Nothing beats a subsonic .22 to kill zombies.

I would add entertainment and precious metals to that list. Silver and gold have always had value. Initially in a zombie outbreak, they would not but afterward, yes. For entertainment, I mean books, magazines etc. People always want distractions from the world.

Let’s Talk about Nuclear Survival Gear today. I hear a lot going on about nuclear war with Russia. I would like to say up front that I do not think that is going to happen. Nuclear war with any of the big world powers is very unlikely.

If any world power launches a nuclear attack on anyone the rest of the world will retaliate. Putin may be many things but he is not a Nihilist. No one wants to scorch the world.

If we ever see a nuke set off It will be a lone wolf bomber. Or a group that is not affiliated with a country that doesn’t care about the outcome. I see the likeliness of a dirty bomb being set off in strategic locations to be more probable.

With that said having preps for a dirty bomb makes sense. If I’m wrong and Russia hits us with some nukes then the same gear will work. At least if there’s anything left. If you are in the area that gets hit it’s game over. No prep can save you from taking on a nuclear bomb.

How To Tie A Boot So it NEVER Comes Untied On Accident

The only thing worse than your boots coming untied is quiter socks. With the video I have for you today learn How To Tie A Boot So it NEVER Comes Untied On Accident. Once you tie it like I’m going to show you It will stay tied untill you untie it. And not I won’t be showing you how to tie it in a knott that can’t ever be untied.

It’s easy to learn and to start doing. Basically you just make two surgeons knots. That’s it. they won’t back off unless you pull the knot out. The knot won’t get stuck. Not matter how tight you get it you can always putt it out easily.

The only real downside to this way of tying your boots is that it won’t work on most tennis shoes. You can’t use it to tie a low top shoe well. I have done it in the past with varrying degrees of sucess. The main reason being the looping it around the back of the shoe. Without the shoe top and padding it will bite into your leg.

Having a boot that tight cmpresses your ankle well. I have been able to walk on a sprained ankle like that when I otherwise couldn’t have.
