LMNT Chocolate Medley

LMNT Chocolate Medley

I’m excited to share with yall an exciting new product from LMNT. They just launched a limited edition of Chocolate flavors. Which I know sounds weird. Salty chocolate drinks. But I will tell you it is delicious.

LMNT Chocolate Medley launches on Nov 29th. The LMNT 30ct Chocolate Medley includes 3 flavors: 10 Chocolate Caramel – a brand new flavor, 10 Mint Chocolate – a fan favorite from last holiday season, and 10 Chocolate Salt – the flavor that taught us electrolytes can be the primary element of your favorite hot beverages.

All of the Chocolate flavors are best enjoyed hot — Try in a raspberry hot chocolate, no-sugar peppermint mocha, or any other cozy beverage of your choice. The Chocolate Medley is a limited-time offer – when it’s sold out, it’s gone! As always, LMNT offers no-questions-asked refunds on all orders.  Lastly, Chocolate Caramel and Mint Chocolate cannot be purchased on their own (outside the Chocolate Medley).

How To Save Money By Making Pumpkin Spice At Home

Pumpkin Spice is expensive. A tiny container that is only slightly over 1 ounce is in the $3~$4 price range. What if you want more than that? That tiny container won’t last you all fall. You could easily use more than a couple of those doing the recipes in my upcoming Paleo Pumpkin Recipies Ebook. So we need to make it ourselves. Luckily this is both cheap and easy.
By cheap, I don’t mean less than the price of 1 container of pumpkin spice. To make this mix it will be a larger upfront cost. Probably in the $10 range. But you will make enough to last all year.

If you are like me you probably have all the ingredients to make pumpkin spice already. Or some of them. I feel that the main two ingredients are Cinnamon and nutmeg. You can’t make this without those two. No way no how. You will just have noodle water seasoning. The rest of the spices you can play with to suit your taste.

How To Make Foolproof Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Fat Bombs

These  Foolproof  Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Fat Bombs are amazing. I tried to make fat bombs once before. I used coconut oil and sugar-free hazelnut coffee flavoring.  They  were an abomination. The hazelnut flavor globed up in little bubbles. So not every bite had any sweetness.  They were too hard to eat. It was a total failure. That’s why I have never made them again.  Not even these ones. Nope, My girlfriend Serenity made these.

She said it was super easy and wrote down her recipe. So easy even a caveman like me could do make them. Little did she know I would take her hand written recipe and make it into a blog post. She’s probably turning red right now reading this.

Bottled Water Overview

Americans alone consumed fifty-billion bottles of water last year. That’s a lot of water! With such a large industry there is bound to be a variety of products for sale.

When you go to the store and look at all the different kinds of bottled water, it can be confusing to know what the difference is. You may have questions like is one healthier than the other? Or you may even wonder, is there any difference between them all or is it just marketing?

Well it turns out that there really is a difference. While all bottled water is similar, different types come from different sources and may go through a different filtration process. Let’s take a look at some of the most common forms of bottled water and see how they differ from one another.
