I am both the worst reviewer and friend in history. My friend David Nash released 52 Prepper Projects in November. I pre ordered and have had it since then. Now it’s darn near August when I’m writing this review. Sorry Dave, November was actually a rough month for me. The book came in during a terrible break up. I’m better now and it’s time I talked about 52 Prepper Projects. I’ll knock off the belly aching and get to it.

What led him to become an anarchist. James and Mike talk about being young anarchist. What is anarchy and what it is not. There are many misconceptions about anarchy. It does not mean total chaos. The word meaning has been altered by the world governments. They wanted to make it synonymous with chaos. The government’s marketing campaign worked great and most believe it. Is Mike becoming an anarchist too. James is slowly converting Mike along with all of you. Don’t believe the two party lies. Work on personal liberty. Ignore the fools. Build the life you want because voting will never build the life you want.
Friends the podcast is not a lecture from James and Mike. It’s a discussion between friends so make your voice heard and leave a comment.
Today I just want to share with you an interview I did recently. I was interviewed by Kyle of Rational Survival. I had a great time chatting with Kyle. He is also big into crossfit like me. We talked about the importance of fitness and nutrition in the survival community. Why Paleo is best for rational survival. Kyle had some questions about paleo. He was overthinking it like many others. You don’t need to fully understand something to do it. Follow the rules and see how you feel.
I give him a few tips on cheap and easy paleo meals to make. Not every meal has to be expensive. I make meat go further by eating smaller portions of it. I bulk out my meals with leafy greens cooked in fat. I believe in rational survival and part of that is budgeting.
We have a good laugh about how bad out first Crossfit workout was. Kyle was prior service military. After he got out he let his fitness slip. Hell it happens to the best of us. He knew from a rational survival standpoint he knew he needed to get back in shape. Crossfit hands down is the most effective way to increase your fitness. We also talk about our worst workouts. Mine was doing two hard wods in back to back. And my back hated me for it. We also talk about the great community to be found at Crossfit. If you find a good box, gym, you will love it. You will make great friends there that you will not find on the treadmill.
Kyle is a much more prolific podcaster than I. How he pumps out that many great podcast for rational survival I don’t know. I’ve done back to back podcasts and it’s hard work. He’s running a contest right now as well to win 5 ounces of silver. So stop by and check him out.
If you want me to appear on a podcast let me know and I’ll get with them or if you have one drop me a line.
Sometimes I just need to rant to my friends. I consider all of you my friends so pull up a chair. Today’s rant is about what I call the What Next People. They are the bane of my existence. They top my short pet peeve list. What next People waste so much of my time at work. They resist any attempt on my part to put an end to that behavior. So what is a what next person you ask. Oh you know them. They are everywhere. You might be one yourself. If you are read this and answer what is next.
I really try not to ever buy anything As Seen On Tv. I have done it once before.I bought a green skillet from the ASOTV section and quickly regretted it. Db from Florida Hillbilly says his works great. He did not buy an ASOTV branded one and paid twice as much. Your mileage may vary. I havent seen the Veggetti commercials but I walked past it at work a lot. The Veggetti caught my eye one of those times. I have made zucchini noodles often in the past. I use them in my Zucchini Ramen recipe. The downside though is the time it takes to make them by hand. I have kicked around an idea to make a zucchini noodle maker before. Well I finally broke down and bought the Veggetti and just tested it out. How did it work out? Let’s find out.
