Survival Lessons Learned From Zombies

It’s Halloween so I decided to be a little goofy and do an article on one of my favorite subjects. ZOMBIES! Those wonderful undead creatures that inspire some of the worst movies. Today I’m going to share a few lessons learned from those terrible movies and how we can apply them to furthering our survival plans. Also it’s a fun article for a fun holiday.

Making a Jetboil More Useful

This is my second attempt at this article. WordPress ate the first one! I usually spend a great deal of time and research before buying anything. When I brought my Jetboil PCS it was not exception. I watched every Youtube video on it and read lots of reviews. At the time I ignored the review that said it was only good for boiling water. Which ended up being proven. Today I’m going to show you a cheap DIY fix to make it more useful.

High Fructose Corn Syrup, wheat and who knows what else. So lets paleo up the the king of pies.

Let me show you how I made paleo pumpkin bread and by the end it will be done and I can taste (devour) a slice.

Paleo Shit on a Shingle

Paleo Shit on a Shingle

The namesake of this dish is either beloved¬† or hated by many. I’ve also seen different versions of “shit on a shingle” or creamed beef on toast. Sometimes its thin kinda hamburger patty or chipped beef. I’m a big fan of chipped or thin sliced dried beef. It’s salty and has a pretty long shelf life. So my recipe is for the chipped beef version and it’s delicious.
